50 shocking facts in the McCann Case

In August 2008 the Portuguese police released some evidence in the Madeleine McCann case. For some reason the media failed to inform the general public that the information was available. It has been down to us to inform people about the facts surrounding this case. Many people still believe the abduction story. To date, there has been no evidence to support this.

1) There isn't any evidence at all in the police files that suggest Madeleine McCann was abducted, we only have Kate and Gerry's word. The Portuguese police files state that Kate and Gerry are complicit in their daughters disappearance.

2) The current Efits in the McCann case came as a result from the Smith Family's statements that identified Gerry as the man they saw carrying a child fitting Madeleine's description towards the beach, on the night of her disappearance. These Efits were also suppressed.

3) British police dogs Eddie and Keela alerted 11 times in the McCann's apartment, Kate's clothes, a child's t-shirt, Madeleine's soft toy Cuddle Cat and their car which they hired 24 days AFTER her 'disappearance'.

4) Blood was found under the tiles in the McCann's apartment, on the key to the hire car (which was alerted to whilst hidden in a bucket of sand) and DNA belonging to Madeleine in the boot of the hire car.

10) Yvonne Martin, a child protection worker recognised David Payne and believed it could have been through her job. She came to advise the McCann's but was quickly moved on by David after some whispering with the McCanns. Kate had told Yvonne that Madeleine had been taken by a couple, but how could she know this without any leads? Yvonne also recognised Payne through the course of her career, this prompted her to write to the police expressing her concerns about the parents involvement with Madeleine's disappearance.

The McCann's ignored the advice as it was (in Gerry's own words) 'a good marketing ploy'. Carlos Anjos, President of the PJ's Union ASFIC said " If that situation had been of an abduction, it would have been terrible for the child. Because if that child were to be sold, or something else...she was as good as...it was her death sentence. That situation, that day, advertising that photo, was simply the death sentence of that child."

(These are only a few of the libel suits paid for by the Limited Company)

35) Every night but 3rd May, one of the tapas members would stay at home, apparently sick with a mysterious virus. There was also evidence to suggest that all the children were being looked after in one apartment by one adult that was 'sick' every night.
